Default Boost reading different from all 3 sources

We tunned my car @15LBS and my ? is any of you notice that the reading on the boost gage, boost controller, and map sensor are all 2-3 lbs different. The 15lbs was the reading from the map sensor, the B/C was about 17.5 and the gage was almost 20lbs, is this normal and can it be fixed.

I think it's pretty much the same way for everybody. Remeber when we tuned my car and we finally got it down to a 10psi reading from the MAP ? The gauge was still reading a bit over 12psi.

That is the same on mine as well. I consider the map to be most accurate in all cases. Although in regards to this subjuect i wouldl ike to know if when people refer to the limits of honda block and what not are they refering to the Aftermarket guage or the map or what? Im running 8psi on the autometer but the map says like 6.5psi. I make reasonable power like this 235whp but I want MORE! can I go with an additional 23% more boost or can the block handle more? Obviously knife edge tuning can allow much higher boost levels but thats not economical for me.

What block are you running?. I was at 10lbs off boost with a stock block making around 260whp (GSR Block). That was threw the autometer gauge.
