on my td04 the turbo starts to spool until about 3psi and then the car starts to bog down, is this because the wastegate is bad? i changed my plug wires because it felt like the car was almost bogging, it somewhat fixed the problem but i am thinking that it is something wrong with the wastegate. any help would be great.
