i am new to boosting if i run a smaller t25 turbo at 5 psi and compare it to a gt35r at 5 psi being that the two turbos are way diff in size but but have the same amount of boost pressure the gt 35r should flow a volume of more air so my question is can i run a t25 at persay 10 psi and match the volume of air that the gt35r is putting out

i ask this because i have a 95 del-sol with a stock d16z6 and just purchased a t25 my friends are telling 8 psi max boost i was just curious if its not so much how many psi but ho wmuch volume of air you are cramming into the cylinders that will pop the motor
