Default Boost poor man type R

I have a 99 b16 head
-clean valves
- 2 sets of valve seals was smoking
- re seat valves

Extra
Garret 60trim turbo rebuilt also due to figure smoke issue
Motor ran great 2 yrs ago had a lil accident but motor
didn't look like it moved or anything damaged it
10lbs
Eldelbrock intake

- stock 2001 gsr
- had good compression but I've heard oil on piston will keep
it sealed an show good numbers believe it was 216-220 each cylinder
- since it kept smoking after 2 set of valve seals got
My dads buddy (machinist at CATrandsom)
to rip it part said the oil rings were shot

He gonna clean crank an bore 20 over he mention
He also recommended going forge piston
I lost my job so I was hoping stock would be fine.
Of course I agree with forge. Budget building sucks

What should I look for what is 20 over mean ?
Also will I need a diff size head gasket ?
Any known cheap good piston?

he normally likes to use whatever
Autozone can get or ebay package deals an I'm against eBay

Just use an OEM piston for now, there's no point in doing a different piston and stock rod. Stock engine can work with about 320whp..

I wish I could keep stick but he is boring 20 over
I think that means I need a 81.50 size piston ?? Correct me if I'm wrong
I'm only running 10lbs max my one buddy tells me 10:1 piston will be
Great for daily driven others say 8:1. I saw a 9:1 making 390hp on 14lbs
I had a guy around the corner had forge 11:1 srp piston an refused me to
Buy them because I'll melt the piston.

I'm terrible with all this 13:1-8:1 compression crap

Anyone have a good site they buy off of ?

You wont melt the piston just because it is 11:1, it all in the tuning.
