Re: boost gauge problems? (clean)
first of all you DO NOT hook up a boost gauge to the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Why would you do a thing like that? When it tells you to hook it up to a pressure port on the engine, it means that you need to install it in-line on one of your vacuum lines. Hope this helps.

Re: boost gauge problems? (9psiLsT)
I dont know what I was thinking that day. Everybody is right, there is many places on the intake manifold to hook it up, and the FPR will work just fine. Like everybody else said, the gauge will always read vacuum until the turbo starts to provide some positive pressure. I know this is probably stupid, but I am assuming that you have a turbo. I would hope that you don't hook up a boost gauge on a NA engine. hehe just me being stupid again. Listen to what people say, hook it up to the FPR. It will always read vacuum until higher in the RPM band when the turbo winds up. I hope that you get it figured out.
