Maybe there's a kink somewhere? The line on my autometer gauge is made of some plastic crap that kinks really easily under the dash.

i think i overtightend the fittings cause the stupid plastic line comes out on a angle and is not right looking like the other one...? i got a good idea tho If i were to take a 1 inch piece of rubber hose and slide it over the nylon boost gauge tube zip tie it on, than tear out the ferral fittings and hook up a 1/8" npt pipe fitting on the boost gauge in its place finally hooking up other end of rubber hose??? ( to minimize ballooning and closing under vac??)
try usiN just the rubber hose instead of the nylon. i had the same prob when there were different kinds of lines. T connectors could also be the problem: check if they're clogged or use a different line from the mani.
really you think teh likes could be messed up maybe ill just Tee it temporarly to test it out cause the vac manifold seems like itd be a good source of boost/vac considering monster brake booster line connectd to it....

run nice silicon hose from the vacuum manifold and then just push the nylon mini tube into it and use a few zipties to hold it there, thats what i did and it works awesome. You dont have to worry about it kinking then and you can use like a 1 foot section of that stuff that comes with the guage
did u experience a problem before this.. well i kinda meesed up one of the ferrals soo i threaded a silicone hose onto the fittin in back of the gauge, ill try to use the old vaccum hose trick... where did u get silicon hose and how much u think it would cost??
yea i had a kink in mine and i was sick of it, i got the silicon hose forlike 40 cents a foot, its really cheap, works great now
can u get it at a hardware store or auto store?? cause im gunna test my gauge with a bike pump b4 i buy he new one i bought of some expletive on ebay and got rippped!
its weird, I couldnt find anykinks. when i become unlazy m gunna use some vac line i got laying around and just run in out the window for a test run... and if its a go that the rubberline is what Ill be using.. o and did u jsut get a female 1/8" npt fitting fort the back of the boost gauge to hook up the silicone line??
