Maybe there's a kink somewhere? The line on my autometer gauge is made of some plastic crap that kinks really easily under the dash.

i think i overtightend the fittings cause the stupid plastic line comes out on a angle and is not right looking like the other one...? i got a good idea tho If i were to take a 1 inch piece of rubber hose and slide it over the nylon boost gauge tube zip tie it on, than tear out the ferral fittings and hook up a 1/8" npt pipe fitting on the boost gauge in its place finally hooking up other end of rubber hose??? ( to minimize ballooning and closing under vac??)

try usiN just the rubber hose instead of the nylon. i had the same prob when there were different kinds of lines. T connectors could also be the problem: check if they're clogged or use a different line from the mani.

run nice silicon hose from the vacuum manifold and then just push the nylon mini tube into it and use a few zipties to hold it there, thats what i did and it works awesome. You dont have to worry about it kinking then and you can use like a 1 foot section of that stuff that comes with the guage
