Default boost gauge install

Ok this is a rather n00b question and for some reason the search thign isnt working (server issues)

so to the point. im trying to install a boost gauge. its an autometer and it uses the nylon tubing. well my problem is how do i connect it to the rubber vacuum lines? it sounds like a easy thing to do but the nylon doesnt work with the T's. is there some special way of doing this or am i just really not getting it.

I ran the nylon/plastic hose down the silicone hose about 12" and I ziptied it about every 2-3" and connect silicone hose to T-fitting. works good and doesn't blow off. remember to use zip ties though.

yup thats how i have mine, i put the hose from the boost gauge into the rubber vacuum hose about a foot and zip tied it, no problems or anything with leaks
