Default Boost friendly Platform

I want to know which setup is more boost friendly and will yield good low end torque, and have good top end hp. i have an accord and she is a fata** that is why i want low end torque. that is why i was thinking a g23 setup. but still open to options. So right now my options for turbo are f23, g23 w/ h22 vtec head, g23 w/ h23 vtec head, h23 swap, h22 swap. eventually the one i pick will be built for boost.
ive been leaning toward the g23 w/ H23 vtec head but i still dont know how well it flows. does it even flow better than the h22 vtec head? something just tells me to go w/ that. I havent done much researching cause im in school but def will. wanted to see what you guys thought first.

Well if the choice was obvious, you wouldnt be asking..you want low end torque but what is your power goal? Use of the car?

OK, I helped you in your own thread & now you're asking again in another. H22, F22, F23, G23...they will all get you to 400whp. Like others mentioned, do you want the most bang for your buck or are you just going for baller g23 status? You can hit 400 with a vitara/eagle setup & sleeves on a D series! Hit the search button, view other builds, and then just copy one

well the search function sucks here. it seems like a ton of info was lost in the switchover a few years ago.

you should really have another car if you are planning to do all this to your accord. id never imagine doing what i do to my civic if i didnt have other cars to drive if needed. just be prepared to spend some cash, that old saying of cheap, reliable, fast (pick 2) really does hold true, although u can save some cash here and there by doing your own work and wisely purchasing parts

this car is mainly going to be for circuit track racing, road corses, autox
yeah im looking for about 350-400whp. i think that is a sensible range for what the car is going to go through. No need to buy another car cause i can just build a motor seperately then once all done with that drop it in.
