Default boost 4x4 question

i purchased one of those ebay t70's for my prelude and decided not to use it. i was going to sell it but i thought today that i may put it on my truck. it has a stock 350. i was wondering if anyone has any idea of when this turbo would hit full boost on this motor, and also where could i get the parts to build the exhaust.

u see alot of simpler setups leave there aftermarket headers alone and just build an up-pipe from the 2 collectors, merging somewhere before the turbo.

It seems easy enough with all the room and such, but i dont really know.
