Default boost?

yeah so im kinda a noob when it comes to boost i have a b16 ek and i was originally going to go n/a but i dont think its worth it.

1. how many psi could i run on stock internals without the threat of major damage?
2. what are some decent turbo kits that are relatively inexpensive?
3. what kind of bhp numbers would i be looking at ?

check the compression, make sure it's good across the board, i wouldn't run more than 10 psi on a b16 if you want to be really safe. as for turbo kits go can always go with a greddy, but the kit is hard to build off of if you want to expand your setup, due to the size of the turbo, the manifold, and the intercooler. the best way to go is piece a kit together, but that gets expensive, you can also go with a drag kit. just look into it. the's a ton of ways to do it it all depends on your budget. as for numbers you should be around 250 to 300 whp, # one thing is get it tuned, a lot of setups don't last because they are not tuned, GET IT TUNED
