Integra IC piping on a Del Sol?

Integra IC piping on a Del Sol?
Ive got a good deal on a FMIC but the charge pipe hugs the subframe like it does on integras instead of going through the hole that a CAI would go through(Its for the lower part of the stock airbox). Do you guys think it will fit? It seems like it should but Im sure someone here has tried it before. Thanks!
