i currently have a 96 jdm b20 with 8.8:1 compression tuned with zdyne gold at 12 psi (450's) i plan on running 720-800cc's and am looking to add a vtec head with a head gasket to maybe lower compression to 8.5:1 with the head for safety... now if i get a very good tune and have the fuel without taching the motor high (only to 7500 max) what are the boost levels seen on stock crvtec's ... im a noob to this frankenstien stuff, also blockgaurds worth it in this setup (if they make a b20 one) or is the added hot spots hinder boost levels?

if you help me ... maybe we will see 11's without the head this year
