Default Blueprinting an engine

Hi I would like to know what's involved in blueprinting an engine.

does the guy that will balanced all my part will need to build the engine or can he just balance all the part so I can build my engine??

I am at the beggining of my project, my engine is open, pistons are sold, rod,... so I want to get a good base by blueprinting my engine

i don't know if i am clear enough

Im sure that someone here could tell you what he thinks about .....

but IMO blueprinting is just to get an engine assembled to the RIGHT clearance and balanced componements.
