it's not gonna happen, your turbo is prolly too big and smaller displacement, not enough to drive the turbine...

sell your honda and get a DSM's if you wanna show it off

you cannot build boost in neutral since there is not enough load to spool the turbo. Thats how our hondas are with big turbos.

Factory cars can blow off in neutral since they have tiny turbos and usually a bigger engine like the supra or mr2.

not really i drove my friends turbo mr2 and it couldnt blow of in neutral...Only heard DSM's and VW's. I think it would get annoying blowing off like that all the time..speciall when trying to back out or something

haha...I went to a shop yesterday that had a very nice WRX with the Blitz FMIC, all 12' of aluminum blitz pipping, and a HKS SSQ BOV. he started it up for me and it would blow off just reving it to 3000 and letting it go.

Edit: The BOV was very loud too...

there is no way you are going to blow off in neutral with a t3/t4 period. (hondamotor)

then most likely he dont have a t3/t4. He probobly lied to you. Ask anyone on the board and they will tell you that turbo will not spool in neutral.

I can rev my car up to 8k and it still won't blow-of, turbo is too big.

I have a 18G and my car can blow off when you rev it to 6 grand. It's not very loud compared to a blow off at 12 psi. My bov blows off when the vacuum is close to 0 psi.

Thats odd, i can build boost in neutral with t4/t3 turbos as well as smaller ones.
So far ive been able to build as much as 6-8psi.

Your car would blow off all the time too if your turbo was the size of a grapefruit (not exaggerating)

They are so feaking small! I wouldn't doubt if the whole compressor housing would fit in the inlet of t04s housing...
