Default Blown headgasket or something else?

Hey guys a few days ago I posted a message about my DSM 450cc injecotors being a bitch to start after the engine is warmed up. I also mentioned after a couple cranks I get a poof of white smoke.
Cold starts the car starts fine, no smoke and cranks the first time. If I drive it for a hour, let it sit for a hour then start it it wont start till the 2nd crank and when it does start its really chocked up and I get the smoke. I dont get any smoke driving.

Im curious what you guys think, is the smoke just because the car is so chocked up or is it something more?

Car drives fine otherwise, no oil in the antifreeze or anything like that.
