I m not trying to defend the shop, I bought alot part from them and they cut me great deals. And they have a 1027whp Gsr drag car been in business since 1996. And they cont getting bigger that's why I kinda trust them, but then from everyone telling me yes and no, I just confused, is not I m trying to save the sleeve from cracking, I mean if it gonna happen, it's going to, and I know is about the tune also. It just tell told me with blockguard and with a right turbo setup, I can go up to 18lbs. The pressure not what I aiming for, is a good solid 350whp what I m interest in, and daily drive, I know it can be done on stock motor, thats why I didn't understand what's up with the block guard.
If I have the experience about them I would share here too.

They cut you good deals doesn't mean they know what they doing. 'prolly that GSR motor wasn't assembled by them. Do the test yourself someday. Take 2 blocks and put a blockguard in 1. After miles of punishment you wont see the difference. Anyways.... luck on ur build.

Ok, I leaning toward no blockguard, not to change subject, with a tune no blockguard, 57trim turbo, with 81.5 forged piston and rod 9:1 and arp stud, 440cc Injector and walbro, what's a safe level boost?

440 cc injectors will not support your 350 goal.

350 whp has been done to death without a block guard, even on stock internals sometimes. It is not needed, point blank. If you choose to install it, it's your decision. Purchase some RC 750 cc high impedance injectors, they will support your whp goal nicely, and they're easy on your wallet. Other than that, you have a stout setup, and the 57 trim will do that 350 with flying colors.

Don't worry too much about a "safe" psi to run at, stick with your power goal, and your tuner will use whatever psi your setup will give him to make that goal. Good luck.
