Default block notcthing question

I'm installing some Eagle rods in d16z6 block and will be notching the block my self, but was wondering if anyone knows which grinding bit to use or maybe a part number I can use, I searched but did not see anything about which tool or grinding bit to use. Oh forgot to also mention that I will be using a Craftmen (Sears) air grinder if that makes any different.

This page has a how-to on block notching. It's what I used to notch my D16 block.

I used a carbide bit in a straight die-grinder. The bit was one with parallel sides and a dome shaped tip. I think a cone with 45* sides would be nicer because then the air hose wouldn't hit the side of the block as much.
