Im building a Ls_vtec turbo setup. I plan on running 8-12psi around town and between 20-25 at the track . Does the block girdle even help at all or is it just a waste of money. I just dont wanna go out and blow 300 dollars if its really not even worth it. Please respond if you have any info on this.

 

Skip it if you're going turbo. You wont need to rev that high to make power.
