Anyone use one before? Are they any good? I'm looking to get a universal core. Any thoughts?

how does it perform? I'm looking for an upgrade from my drag one, and blitz seems to be a reasonable price. How much for the silvia one?

 

blitz is expensive!! how much is a blitz core?

 

I have an S13 GReddy 2row FMIC...I think Blitz would be better, but my honest opinion...I wouldnt waste money on a Blitz IC for a Honda if you're just running the basic turbo set up...Puting it on would be asking for it to get stolen...

 

yeah the only reason i'd get teh blitz intercooler, go ahead and flame me, is becuase of the blitz logo on the front.
other than that, you can get a spearco or somethign else without a logo for much cheaper

 

I went rice and made a grill out of home depot stuff, painted it black and it doesn't even look like its there. Do all Blitz ic come with the logo? I can always flip it right?

 

i'm not sure if they come with logos.. a guy around here has a blitz intercooler on his wrx... but i think he had to paint the logo on himself.. probably used a stencil or something.

I think they make good intercoolers, but not nessesary. I think a Spearco will do the job and for less than half the price. Unless you're boosting 20lbs, I dont think you're gonna need a Blitz.

 

i use a blitz ic on my civic works great (31x10.5x4)
the blitz logo is actually stamped in the core on the top and bottom of it
