Black Intercoolers?
Saw one of these on a local turbo Type R, and was wondering where he could have gotten it. Who makes black intercoolers for Hondas/Acuras? Can you paint an intercooler black without sacrificing performance?

As long as the IC is aluminum, you have the option of getting it anodized black, even though it may cost more, it will be more efficient and not block any airflow.

As long as you don't block the fins, painting your I/C will NOT cuase a HP loss. Note how many factory radiators and I/C are black to begin with.
