Default Billet grill bad for intercooler temps?

I have a mrgrille billet 3 piece grill for my 95 eg and i was wondering if this will cut the air down too much and making the intercooler useless? I cant use foglights and i wanna hide my IC so i figured this would be great but didn't think of the airflow when i bought it . The pic shows the grill but there is about a little under a 1/4 inbetween the aluminum bars. If this is too much would a grillcraft be ok? Thanks
