Default biggest bore turbo pistons?

I have a b16 I want to bore the crap out of engine, I havnt been able to find anything over a 84.5 mm bore...anything bigger for a turbo setup??? Please list company AND bore size...I am hoping for a 86mm bore...

I'd contact the company I'm interested in and see if they make custom bore pistons. A lot of companies do.

the maximum recomended bore on a turbo/ boosted application is 85mm

why dont you stroke it so you can safely run a lot of boost rather than run on the edge of blowing it up?? use a gsr crank and a deckplate.

Arias makes a 85mm turbo piston......give me a call if you need assistance
86 you will have problems with over heating and and cracking sleeves

you could also go with the 1.7 crank and around 84mm piston should be littler larger than a GSR

thanks for the information, I am eventually going to be running 25 psi when I am done with it so whats a recommended bore size so I dont break stuff....

If you bore it out too big, if you have to rebuild and one of the piston walls is scratched, you will have to start all over again with a new block becuse you will have no more room to bore out your present block.

exactly why I stayed stock bore. when i did scar the wall i bored it to 84mm this time.

well even though I am not planning on doing a big bore now since yall kinda gave me some tips on how to go about it...I do got 4 complete short blocks...
