big head ache in manifold

big headache makin a manifold collector

how do you guys start out the collector for a turbo manifold? I been trying for days and still cant make it look as good as one of the lovefAB or full race manis.

suggestions would be helpfull
pictures also

What do you have so far and what are you using to make it? You really should have a heady duty band saw.
