Default bhp to whp

When I get my turbo tuned I'm hoping to put down about 275whp. About how much will this be with bhp?mabey around 295-300? Im running this on a stock ls with good compression #s.Also I'm trying to run a low to mid 13 at the track with street tires, do you think this is possible? How long do you think this motor will last as a daily driver if I dont romp on it all the time? thanks
