What is the best turbo setup for GSR.

I have a 93 DX Coupe Civic With a b18c1, Type R Cams, Cam Gears, BBK 255LPH High Performance Fuel Pump, Clutch Master Stage 3, JDM Type R LSD Tranny, MSD Ignition, No Power Steering, 17 wheels, DelSol Dual-Core Radiator, LightSpeed Hyper Flo Intake, LightSpeed Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System

If i need to change anything above for turbo, i will do it

If I were you... I would rebuild the engine if its over 70-80k (thats just me), But if you dont wanna go with a custom kit, Drag III is your best choice. Also, if you want higher PSI than look into trying to harden your internals with Endyn, Crowler or whatever parts fit your needs.

Well, if you wanted to build your engine, I would put new rods, pistons, rings, bearings. Then send your shortblock to Benson and get it resleeved. Get a blockguard as well. Run lower compression...then run that bitch up to 15+ psi.

And Right now im runnin a 80 Wet Nos shot. Sould i sell the kit and buy stuff to rebuild it? or keep nos and rebuilt and go with turbo.

Sell the nitro...once you build the engine, you will be set. No need for nitro at that point. (15+ psi). I would contact Benson or Golden Eagle. Call them up and they'll let you know what you need to do.

Don't forget to upgrade your clutch, flywheel, and get a LSD if you can.

i have stock flywheel
and i have a jdm type r lsd tranny

If you are going turbo now, you should buy a turbo...then upgrade the stuff that really doesn't *need* upgrading later. Get yourself some forged internals, some sleeves if you can and a turbo kit, whether it be custom or what have you. Then worry abou things like IMs and fuel rails. This is all based on you not having $10K to spend all at once.

 

u dont need that JDM ITR tranny so just sell it to me...
