Default best turbo manifold

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

im going for 450whp or so with t3/04 hybrid on a built motor, im using a tial 40mm. its for b series. its going in a crx so ac isnt a issue,im going with a half size radiator. so far im looking into a in line pro manifold or a ugr manifold. for the numbers im looking is a log style going to be enough or do i need to go equal length? also if any one has one for sale let me know

The best one is the RevHard tubular manifold I'm selling (proven to run 9's and make over 500whp in T3 trim) for $300 + shipping.

Ask the guys at RLZ about how good it is. They're running mid 9's with it

Fnan, if that's the best one then why you want a ramhorn?

back on topic, it's all preference and based on your budget. IF it were me, I'd sit down with burns stainless for consulting and have someone build it to specs.

log manifolds dont have a limit to how much power they can produce or "handle". its just that equal lengths are said to flow better. so in theory they should give you better power at the same boost level.

just as an example mat keller from inlinepro makes something like 6-700hp using their t4 cast mani.

dpetro is right. If the manifold is designed properly, it will flow better and there are substantial gains, like on the Full-Race manifold test.

Totally agree though, he definently opened up a can of worms starting this thread.

i think the biggest thing is going to be fitting the tial 40mm in with the tight space of the crx and fitting the t3 exhaust side.
