try a search, but alot of people just use stock gsr cams for vtec heads because there isnt alot of overlap which is good for a turbo

crower has the 62402T's for the LS/B20 non-VTEC crowd. They have crap loads of lift, but less duration then even the stock LS cams.

As far as OEM goes, they are the worst you can get. Less lift, and more duration than the stock gsr and type r.

That why you get custom ground cams with a bit more duration than stock, but insane amounts of lift.......Hey wait thats what i've got. :-p
