Wanted to see some of the cams being used on turbo setup i have ctr but im looking to see if i can get more power out of the with diffenent cams dyno sheets would be great ....

i have 01' spec itr's (same as CTR) and i have my allmotor cams (crower stage three's) looking to posibly use them....herd good thing boost plus allmotorcams....(of corse u would need a good cam dial to minialize overlap)

would love a NON-oem cam for turbo..any sugestions...(ill make a newtread for it)

whats your setup? turbo, manifold, dp, etc? And yes, your hp goals as well?

 

OEM cams above B16As do fine over 500whp. After that, it is a subjective determination. I'm sick of seeing all these "which cam is best"? threads. Perhaps its time for a "sticky" addition to the FAQs

Personally I seem to read more and more about C/ITR cams being plenty for a street/strip build.
Matter of fact unless he has change the set up, Danny Smith uses an ITR int cam and a GRS ex cam while running 10 sec passes. Then again thats on 34 psi.

 

ctr/itr cams for street car... track car.. ALL-MOTOR cams and boost ftw. my ls has huge *** all motor cams and the car makes power all the way to the rev limiter... the dyno graph never peaks all the way to 8500, it points straight up til the rev limiter

wtf all motor cams on a turbo set-up?

you can easily make 500 on ctr cams. skunk2 tuner cams(the non all motor cams) I heard were good also but they are expensive, somewhere around $550 or so for just the shafts

 

if ya have the money get skunk 2 stage 1 or blox stage 1 i run both in in my cars

 

yessir... we used toda b's on the shop car... made 800

using some insane high lift all motor cams in my ls making over 600.
