Default Best sounding BOV?

I'm getting a turbo very soon, but I am a newbie at all of this.. What is everyone's impression of the best, and best sounding BOV?

Also a quick beginner question... What is the difference b/w a wastegate and a BOV? (please no flames... I'm a novice!)

Are you doing the install of the turbo or are you taking it somewhere? I am in the bay area and also am thinking of going with the drag III, but I don't know where to take it for the install.

Thanks

Do it yourself. It's easy.. it'll save you around $600 too.

Blow off valve - The intake side sucks in air compresses it into your intake manifold and creates pressure (boost). The BOV will release the pressure when your foot comes off the throttle.

Wastegate - The exhaust (turbo) manifold expidites gases through the turbo, which spins the little turbine in the the turbo. The faster it spins the more the air is compressed on the intake side. Too much you go BOOM! The wastegate will open when you reach a certain of boost (pressure of compressed air in intake side) it will redirect some of the exhaust so will not spin the turbine so fast.

Not baggin, but is that a good turbos fo' dummies answer?

Like Rob said, do it yourself. That way you'll know how it was put in, and if any problems arise you'll be able to fix them yourselves.

But if for some reason you are unable to I recommend Diablo AutoSports. I know the guys who work there and they do good work.
