Best Setup??
It's a 2000 hatchback with a stock 1.6 L SOHC engine...
I want 200-300hp... What is the best setup (I dont want NOS)
I was thinking an integra Type-R with a 7psi turbo.. but I heard that those engines arent good to turbo...
WHat would be a good setup? Thanks.

Re: Best Setup?? (materina)
any DOHC would be a good starting point. if you wanted to you could boost the SOHC VTEC but your goingt o need more boost to get the same numbers as a DOHCif you want good built motors go to importbuilders.com. they have good ****.
also DO SOME RESEARCH. i know what it's like to be a newbie on this board, look into things first. more displace ment means more power provided the motor is built for the task at hand. high compression is not a good idea for turbo unless your going to have an extrememly well tuned motor. your goal of 200 to 300 hp is pretty broad. you can easily get 200 hp out of a stock LS with turbo. at the same time a GSR makin 300 hp isn't hard to get either provided you know what you are doing. your goal is so broad and it seems youbarely have enough knowledge to go about starting a project. spend enough time around this board and you will have enough knowledge to do anything.
