acually they did a test and the msd 8.5 mm made the most hp, most aftermarket wires made more hp than the oem ones except for the vtek wires...the ngk power cables came in second...heres the link bitches http://www.tprmag.com/issue/4/4_wires.shtml

I use msd. A lot of my friends use oem. I have no problems

 

Just picked me up some NGK blues

 

OEM with 2 step colder plugs will do you fine

Ive read that the STOCK ignition system is good for 450 hp.

yeah the testing was done on my POS.. but MSD made the most.. thats what i still have in the vehicle as of right now... MSD
