best for mid-range, top-end?

Default best for mid-range, top-end?

What Bseries motor setup should I do for best mid-range and top-end results.
Im talking from 50mph - 125mph.
I know thats a big jump and im thinking turbo will help which is why I posted here.
If not ill move the post, if so.... let me know
let the opinions and hate and "search" comments begin........

I got to say it wrong forum, but if you go n/a get real high compression ie. type r or use a gsr and get it up to 11.5:1 comp, and 4 to 1 header good intake mani, and a good exhaust

really

seems like high compression nowdays is getting to be a must.

anybody else got opinions before this topic goes bye bye to its righteous forum.
