Off the top of my head, you can go full blown standalone, FAST, Autronic, MOTEC, etc. etc.

Zdyne Gold.

Convert to OBD1 and go hondata.

Or find someone local that DOES know about "uberdata and all that bullshit".

Z Dyne !
I have put it on 20 + cars( Aslo have in on my own car) and had great luck with it. I have even converted cars to Obd-O to run it I like it so much.

if you're going to go the "expensive route" then i'd recommend zdyne over hondata simply because you get the box from ups, open it, plug it in, and tune. compared to getting hondata and having to swap everything to obd-1 (which sounds like a pain in the *** to me not to mention all the money for extra parts you'll need). if you go the "cheap" way, you might wanna check out turbo edit in the link that was posted above.

If you don't wanna go with a full standalone like MoTeC (not many people want/need a $2000+ standalone in their daily driver) but Hondata will work just fine... I actually just finished converting Will's Rex to OBDI so we can run Hondata on his FI setup (it's only a B16 so we're hoping for 450-500whp)... Anywho here are some pics I just took last weekend... Scott and I should have his car up and running hopefully by this coming weekend (if I didn't have school an hour and thirty minutes away it would be running NOW, hehe)...

One big mess in my room here at school...

Loomed and ready to be installed...

Right after I finished up his cluster and electronics Saturday night...

Yea not to hi-jack it either but it's actually not that bad... All you need is a 90-91 CRX "round style" cluster cover unless you have a 90-91 Rex and a DC cluster with plugs... I did my first one last year on Mike's (jdmDXrex's) Rex and it took me like 4 hours cuz I had to trace all the wiring, Will's wasn't that bad and took maybe an hour... Besides that you just have to add in an electronic VSS, tap it into the ECU and you're set...

I have just purchased everything I need ot convert to OBD1 In order to run Hondata, ob0-obd1 converison harness, p75 obd1 ecu, 4-wire o2 sensor, obd2 ls dizzy( can use obd1, but got this at a good deal), and of course Hondata. I plan on making a write-up for it and taking pics and posting it up on here.

the 2/3/4 hondata doesnt have a rom editor right? So you gotta find a hondata tuner right?

Been happy so far with ZDyne. With two major exceptions, no product updates, and no datalogging. But over all

232 at the wheels on my sickly b16a z-dyne car. I loved it, and it was super easy to tune. 2 hours on the dyno and I made 60 extra HP at my high boost setting on the midrange. With my bigger and better turbo/manifold/downpipe/wastegate this year, I'm hoping for 350 at the wheels.
