Default The Best Flywheel Weight?????

Hey dudes.... I need some help deciding on what weight flywheel to use on my sohc turbo setup!!!!! I have a 93 del sol with a d16z6 and I am in the process of getting the necessities to boost the stock z6 with the exception of a walbro 255,dsm 450s,fuel pressure regulator, and clutch and flywheel!!!! The car will mainly be used as a weekend warrior with the ocassional 1/8th mile run at the local dragstrip!!! I am planning on using the clutchmaster stg 5 4 puck ??? Which flywheel/flywheel weight would you guys recommend for a 7500 rev limit car in the 1/8th mile????
Any help would be awesomely appreciated

P.S. I plan to build the motor after I spin a bearing/throw a rod/blow the hg!!!!! So keep in mind that I do plan to up the boost!!!!

Most people say not to go "too" light. I had a 12lb flywheel on my Y8 and I liked it a lot. I had a 12lb, then switched to a 7.8lb flywheel on my B18B, and I liked both. The lighter flywheel does feel a little more responsive, and I didn't really notice any change in drivability.
