Bent valves B16
So I was drving home and my timing belt broke, it didnt snap in half or anything, the inside "bumps" decided the shear off about 20 of the "Teeth" on the belt itself. Changed the belt, timing is dead on, it idles just fine and sounds all normal, doesnt smoke at all. It just has ZERO throttle response, it like it is stuck on 1/4 throttle. Turbo spools fine, BOV works, just wont go anywhere, feels very boggy! It has compression. Its a 99 SI with OBD1 P28 with Hondata. Kinda stumped

If your timing is dead on which I would double check, maybe the timing was a little of while the tune happened and now it is on making it out of time. Could be a bent valve but if you have compression in all cylinders equal all the way across and its not missing. I don't know what it could be. Hopefully someone else can chime in

Re: Bent valves B16
With bent valves you normally hear it rather than feel it. Does the car rev/drive ok? Or is it totally flat? Are you sure you've not knocked the map sensor plug or vac lines etc? This is more likely to be the cause IMO.

Seems like its permenatly stuck at 1/4 throttle and has very sluggish throttle response. Sounds and idles completely normal though. Im gonna double check the timing again
