Benson or Darton??
I'm selling my motorcycle to fund some stuff for my car. Among which are a sleeved D series (forged internals also).
My question is are Darton sleeves fine to go with? I'm looking for no more than 400whp, and I mainly want this for peace of mind, and since Darton sleeves are a little bit cheaper than the Benson sleeves, would it work just to get the Darton sleeves?
Any info or comments would be much appreciated!

good info. Thanks.
good info. Thanks.
I think we should discuss the importance of the installation, not who makes the parts. I've heard good things out of both. My preference is Bensons, just because I've never seen any of Dartons work up close. That's just me. You decide for you.

Darton's work is TOP-notch. Either way, you are in a win-win situation. Go through 'Earl' for Benson's blocks

Yeah, if I go that route, that's definately who I'm going thru. I've heard nothing but great things about that man!

You all are correct about the importants in the installation process and we have had zero failures in our MID's. Our new location will help you out a lot I would think since we are just in Indiana. Give us a call and we would be happy to help in any way we can. Thanks

Grey Goose or Absolute.....
what im trying to say is... both have alcohol, both get you drunk, both look the same... Its about personal preference.
both are equally good sleeving companies, even though benson does use darton sleeves.. so its mainly up to you
