Default Before and After

I created a thread earlier this week called "I spy". I looked at my block and it was in bad shape. I figured I would make it look good so I could see if anything else (oil) was on the block that shouldn't be.

That's pictures of the first layer. I will update with pictures of the second layer.

Thanks for the comments.

Yes I am painting it. That's the first layer. I had it acid dipped before the sleeves but I wasn't happy with the outcome.

Hey! Those are my white and silver shoes, lol. Long story short we renovated an air hanger and had to paint the entire hanger floor That's not from the paint I used tonight

Your block looks really good. I didn't clean my block as good as I should have. I just used some alcohol and a rag. I used the 1200F Dupli-Color. Did you paint the front, back and sides?

no i didnt get a chance to paint the whole block, that was a 30 min job. it was like 2-3 days before we droped it into the car so it was halfassed, and i was freaking out cause the stuff that i had covering the clynders kept flying off when i was pressure washing it and i didnt want to mess anything up. there was also a lot of runs you can kinda see them. but i didnt get a chance to paint the back or the sides, i figured no one would see back there anyway.

Is yours chipping at all? That would be my main concern.
