Im looking to rebuild my d16z6, its being built to boost on and im not sure which big end bearings i should use? are acl any good? or should i go oem? although i'd rather not go oem because of the price here in the uk! but i read on importbuilder.com that i should use oem because they are stamped with a code like c 3 or something they say i should replace the bearing with the same stamped shell! I dont know if this is right or could i just use acl or equivelant and run them in accordingly! thanks for any input on this! fyi im going to use eagle rods if that makes any difference!

 

If you use Eagle rods, the Honda OEM color system no longer works because the color and code system is tied into the rod big end size.
