Icon2 battery kill switch

☆mods please move if needed☆ I've found the forced induction fourms helped me the most in the past. I have some searching and found different ways people have done this. Only to get confused.Whats not pictured is the 100 AMP fuse that will be inline. about 3-6 In from the battery. Sorry for the horrible art skills.*

Battery to alt*
Battery to 1 side of cutoff

Starter to other side of cutoff
Fuse/switchpanel to same side as starter on cutoff

I'm not sure what indicates a 4 post cut off with a relay or the 2 post moroso style? What makes one better than the other i have a feeling I'm over thinking this. What's your take?

in order to ill the entire electrical system, you need a cutoff switch that also kills the alternator field, if the alternator isn't cut there will be a huge voltage spike when the battery is disconnected, plus it will continue to feed current into the system
