Default bad sputtering/cutout when idle and driving

started my car up last week. turbo k20 eg and took it down the road. it acted like the plugs were bad cutting out and sputtering so bad I didn't even want to take it above 2500-3000rpm. check engine light isn't on so I checked plugs they looked good changed them to new ones anyway and still did it. I started checking things and when I got to injectors I unplugged one cylinder and it didn't change idle so plugged it back in and you could feel that the pulse on that injector was harsh compared to the rest(precision 1000cc) sent them to have them cleaned and checked and got them back today put them back in and the car is still doing it. what should I check next? I can even tell the idle doesn't sound right at all and when I free rev it it just gets worse as rpm go up. any help would be great have a race coming up I want to make and this thing has me stumped.

I pulled coils off when car was running but neither changed the idle of it. I am going to double check tomorrow and check them with a meter just need to figure out what they are supposed to be reading.

messed with it for a few tonight. So the tested/cleaned injectors are not the problem as the car is still doing it just as bad as before they were sent out. cyl one is for sure the problem because with car running unplugging the coilpacks they all change the cars idle except 1. also when I unplug injector plugs they all change idle except for 1. pulled all plugs out that were brand new i just changed them when this started happening and 234 had black soot from fuel on them but cyl 1 was clean like I just put it in and never even started it up. thats as I left it for the night anyone have any ideas of what to do next or what could be wrong please help thanks.
