Default bad part throttle Why??

I would like to know if anybody could help me sort out a problem i'm having with
me 91 crx vtec with a b16a1 and a revhard stage 2 turbo kit.
I'm running the hondata S200 system in an obd1 ecu with dizzy and 4 wire O2 sensor with a jumper harness going to my obd0 harness and using the obd0 engine sensors but with dms 450cc injectors and the stock resistor box and 3 bar map sensor.

The problem i'm having is the engine will not respond the throttle when the
throttle drops below 6.5% and then will only respond again when the thottle
goes above 9% this is all at a steady speed and ONLY if the car has been
stopped and then started in a very short space of time e.g. when the engine
stalls and then restarted but if i turn the ignition off for a long space of
time the engine will not have the problem.

Thanks for your help.

Hitting fuel cut early? Are you using a WBO2 and if so is it going lean?

I thought I read once that DSM 450's are not compatible wit hthe hondata system. I'll look around and see if I can find it.

Upon looking around, seems like plenty of people are not having probs with the dsm 450's.

I would datalog the times it does it and let us know what you see. Most likely you just need a little fine tuning.

I just checked the resistance of my 450 injectors and it's 3.1 ohms but honda say it should be 1.5 to 2.5 ohms, could this be the reason for my problem.
