Backdoor Intercooler Setups.. Post them up!!
Helping a Friend with his turbo setup. and he wants a back door setup. but i would like to see pix of everyones backdoor setups. ive seen some people drill through the core support for the piping on the intake side.
But lets see them to see what he is actually getting into.
TIA

I told him that he would prolly have to mount it off center. and possibly drill a hole through the core support for his piping. </TD></TR></TABLE>
There are lots of people that will make him an intercooler to his needs.I take it he has fog lights in the bumper he wants to keep.

Ya he does have foglights. and HID equipment as well that is mounted in that area so it doesnt want anything to interfere with it.
what size pipe did you weld back on there 2.5?

Is that a JRC? I was thinking about going that route when I get my new manifold.

if he's not boosting over 15psi get a bullseye aftermarket DSM sidemount it works fine and doesnt heatsoak like you think it would. but if your friend insist people know he has a turbo then continue looking for a backdoor style goto google images
