Those #s are good.....but you need to ditch those 270's and that 62mm TB. Those injectors are really hindering you from increasing the boost. That motor should be able to handle a good 15 psi with that fuel setup. Get some 440's and a 68mm TB and that should do you really well.

Also I would go for a bigger exhaust. 3" downpipe back.

i would get some, but in the future, ill be upgrading to a stand alone computer, and some 720 cc injectors, but for now...i need to save up for a new valvetrain. we didnt rev the car over 8K when we dynoed. and im not rich..its the car's fault im stealing food from alley cats at night im not sponsored either

what's the deal with SAE corrected?
I also dyno'd at import builders last week, but never had mine corrected..
What were your numbers before the correction?
And what are you correcting for: humidity, elevation, etc or other things?

If they used a dyno jet, it will correct itself automaticaly. They have sensors that take reading such as air temp, altitude etc and from there they use a whole mess of algorithms and give you your whp output....So if I dyno in a high altitude or not you should have the same hp because of the self correction.

Art,

even when there is a self correction of the dyno, it is not like you dyno your car in real cold and in real low altitude conditions. There IS a different in hp# also when the dyno hard and software do a correction.

My tuner told me so and he dynotunes cars for over 10 years.

On a dynojet dyno? You must be talking about the Bosch dyno right?

Yes I talk about the Bosch, but I guess it is on a dynojet as well. They both useing some kind of correction.

Look this way. The correction software does´nt know how much boost your car does. When it is a hot day the hp losses from a car with big boost is more bigger than a car with low boost. And this car is critical to higher temps than the other car. Do you understand my thinking?

well all the correction stuff is based on algorithms and calculations, so of course it's not going to be completely accurate, but i believe SAE correction is pretty damn good. Does anybody know what the conditions are corrected to though? Like sea level at 25 degrees C or something?

ahhhh Christian, so it is a Bosch dyno. The dyno jet has several sensors, and If I dynoed in Colorado it will be almost 95% accurate. The only thing I dont like about dynos is they do not present a Real World load. I personly would like to tune on the street with some sort of acceloromator(sp) to meassure how fast we can accelerate.

Nice numbers. pretty similar to the numbers for my Si:

This was with the greddy kit and stock internals.

Sounds like you have quite a lot of engine mods. are you planning on turning the boost way up in the future?

with ferrea stainless steel valves, ti retainers, and dual valve springs, DFi ( haltech or hondata) ,720 cc injectors, i will be boosting around 19 psi . this will be done in the upcoming year or so . how much boost were you running on the greddy kit to get those numbers?
