B20VTEC Turbo Setup ???
I have a few questions.
Briefly, Here is my setup:
Revhard T3/T04E Turbo Kit with Vortech Aftercooler
B16A2 with Qualife
CRV B20Z with stock sleeves (brand new)
JE Pistons 9:0:1
Eagle Rods
GSR crank
B16A2 Head (new) with titanium retainers and Type R springs only
Greddy 720 CC injectors
Skunk2 Mainfold
AEM EMS
How high can I rev up to without a valvetrain failure? How many PSI can I run with stock sleeves in place?
The reason why I am asking all these questions due to the fact I am hearing different advices and answers all the time. I like to get this dilemma answered before I visit my first dyno session. Anyway, I am confused and Yes, I have used the "search" button already. Thanks.

You have pretty nice setup i would reccommend at least pin the block or get it sleeved. not worht the b20z sleeves they are weak and tendancy to crak. might look thick but **** poor quality on the stock ones.
Take a look at our setup very similar running a bigger bore 85mm setup

Its exactly similar with b16a head and all but this time we use eibach springs and endny retainers type r lost motion assembly looks good though.
I am expecting with a girdle and built like that to at least rev to 8800 rpm or so

I remembering being at the dyno a few months ago. Very similar set-up as yours B20/vtec with just rods/pistons stock sleeves but with a gsr head running 11psi he cracked his sleeves on the 8th run if i remember right.
Good Luck.
