B20v nos need help!!

Default B20v nos need help!!

Hello guys
i have a b20 vtec stock rods with arp bolts 11:7:1 cr
180whp
my question is is it safe to run 75shots of nitrous on that setup ?!
lots of friends told me that the cr is too high or that my rods wont stand the power
please help

B20 block + stock rods= 50hp-75hp nitrous max.

Nitrous works very well with higher compression.

post in the nitrous thread thats where youll get info you need. you can run as much as you want just dont put more than 50% of its power and dont spray below say 5-6k

Hey the rods would most likely Hold up on that,, weak link would be the b20 cylinder sleeves, they might crack depending on your tune, and rpm ur reving to, if u have any detonation you will crack the sleeves,

Im just wondering since you replaced the pistons to higher comp that you didnt go with new rods or shot peen the OE rods..
