Default b20 vtec turbo kit

Hey guys, I finally got my new engine after blowing up my boosted b16!. Needless to say after blowing the ring lands on all 4 pistons and cracking cylinder #3 I had alot of fun going fast while it lasted, and all that was salvagable was the head.

I currently have a built b20/vtec with JE 9.5.1 comp pistons 95MM (2.1L approximately), Custom closed deck around sleeves, eagle rods, arp head and rod bolts/studs, knife edged/balanced crank, turbo port/polish, type r valve springs.

I sold my ssautochrome turbo kit and got some good money for it but I cant say it caused me any problems, cracking etc.

I am now in search of some form of turbo kit to get my motor turbo'd once again. I dont want to take the easy/cheap route but im kind of looking for a good setup that I can build/upgrade in the future. I've done my research and have heard the flaming on xspower/ssautochrome but some say they have been good over the past few months? true? untrue? I've also read the best route is equal length and from what im hearing full-race is the primary choice. Turbonetics kit seems like a good base but cons are the fuel management in the intake manifold seems cheesy? Greddy kit has a small turbo that would definately not do my motor any justice.

With that being said is there a good quality kit for my setup? Also I've heard many people say to piece your own kit and it will be cheaper if not same price with better parts than a kit. If so what brands should I look for?

Sorry for the long post but I'm trying to figure out what my options are

Thanks

Peakboost kits are nice, you'll have to set up your own fuel system. I think these kits are going for like $2,700

i just put a peakboost on a friends car. it was definately nicely put together with a lot of decent parts for 2800. i almost wanted to sell him my stuff and get a peakboost for me haha.

turbonetics is good as well. full race is tight but can be expensive. if you have the cash it is worth it though

Where do I buy the peakboost kit for $2800? I found a post offering the kit for 2800 and a fuel upgrade kit including hondata and rc injectors and fuel pump for addition 800 or something like that. Thats very reasonable IMO.

Is there a site offering that deal still?

boostfed has them for 2800 i think still.

it does not include a fuel system, but thats better because it lets you tailor your system to your power goals and whatnot
