i have a 97 civic with b20b block and b18 typer head turboed pushing 20psi.It is tuned and fully built. Im having a problem with the car starting,it will start but it takes a while it turns over for a minute then finally cranks but you have to hold the accelerator on about 3000 rpm or higher for a while before it will idle on its own. Another thing is when im suposed to hit vtec my car spits and sputters losing its power.Its also not wanting to charge the battery. I have been thinking this problem is in my harness but not sure. Does anyone else have a clue to what it might be thanks.

YOUR ALTERNATOR MIGHT BE BAD? MY BAD FOR THE CAPS MY PHONE IS RETARDED

i have checked the alternator and its charging putting out 14.1 volts just not sending power to battery also grounds are all good
