Default B20 Vtec Turbo

Im thinking about being diffrent and going with a b20 vtec turbo set up in my EK. But I have been searching and I havent really seen any that make over 300whp on a stock block. Im actually also wondering why ls vtec's make so much more power stock for stock against b20 vtec's... why is this? You would think that the b20 vtec having more displacement would dominate over a ls vtec. My main question is... is there anyone out there making over 300whp with a stock block b20 vtec?

probably not. the cylinder walls of a b20 are thinner than b18b.

Yeah the b20 cylinder walls r thinner and u cant really rev them as high. As far as torque I do think the b20 has more. If i was going to do either one and keep it stock+boost I would go with LS/vtec simply because of the thicker cylinder walls.

just go ls vtec turbo . I put down 250whp on 7psi on my ls vtec turbo and rev it up to 8500. Mines have forged internals though stock sleeves
