Okay so I have a turbo b20b. It has a skunk2 intake manifold, forged pistons, t3/t4 turbo. The problem is after around 3500rpms it starts to bog when you floor it. It feels like it isnt getting enough fuel. Any clue what the problem is?
Will a fuel pressure regulator fix the problem or am I going to need to buy bigger injectors>?
I just ordered a tuned ecu maybe that will help some.

well from what i learned about turbos and all that is when you turbo you need bigger injectors which follows with a bigger fuel pump and yes you need a fuel pressure regulaor

Your car needs to be tuned. If you continue to drive it like this you are going to destroy your engine. I'd recommend you contact a local tuner and see if they can get you in for a tune...

Also. You cannot order a tuned ECU. You can order an ECU with a basemap on it but you will still have to have it tuned. So when you get it I would advise AGAINST trying to "get on it" until it's tuned. You could risk your engine doing so.

Of course you do And you need to upgrade the fuel pump. But bigger injectors than what though? He never gave ANY real specs on his set up so how do you know what size injectors he's running to recommend he go bigger?

And you missed the whole point that this guy is running UNTUNED. Sure. Get all that stuff and forget about the tune. Hence, don't listen to this guy.

honestly alot could be wrong between ignition and fuel.and dont think cause you have forged pistons it wont blow,cause i blew my old gsr teg because of a shitty chrome tune from a buddy of mine,SO GET TUNED
