ok...i have a few questions about a b20 supercharged and i hope someone can answer them

i want to go forced induction and ive been hearing some bad things for b20's with turbo's so im thinking a supercharger...so when i have the $$ to buy one will i need to get one for an LS??? im also getting cams for some extra power before i get the charger, hopefully corwer 402's and i already have a 3-angle valve job and titanium retainers and valve springs...you think she will be able to handle the power??? im trying to stay away from rebuilding the bottom end...i mean if i absolultly have to, i will but $$ is an issue thanx for the input!

 

well the story as i know it is that the bottom end is where the weakness is - in those 1 piece sleeves to be specific. i would think twice about putting all that money into that motor only to have it take a crap on you. and you didnt mention fuel management - which should be top priority on your list.
